As the days count down, we've been blessed with several more backers. We feel so blessed and grateful for the kind generosity shown by you all. And with only 7 days to go, we're now at 79% funded!!! Woohooo.
To give you all an update on where things are at, we've been securing some wonderful locations and continue to tweek the script. We've attached some fine young (and not so young) actors which includes a beautiful 'animal' actor. 'Ella' is a 2 year old Golden Labrador who will feature as the family dog. She is well trained and is currently undergoing further training to teach her some behaviours that we will require of her from the script. One of the adorable things that Ella can do is 'say her prayers'. Whereby she places her paws up on a table or chair and drops her head between them. So cute! You can see pictures of Ella on our facebook page.

We've been very grateful in securing the support of the Inverloch Tourism Association. They've offered us so much in the way of help and suppport from accomodation for cast and crew, to catering, to securing sponsors and locations. For our American and other overseas friends, Inverloch is a beautiful little seaside town in the Bass Coast, Victoria, Australia. Set on a large inlet, it is regarded as a summer holiday town. A polished jewel in the glory box that is Bass Coast. This is where our film will be predominantly shot.
We ask that you to please continue to get the word out about our film. We are setting for ourselves a goal of '100K x 2'. That is we are aiming to have a minimum of 100,000 people see the film at the cinemas and then sell a 'minimum' of 100,000 DVD units upon release. If we can do this we will have a very successful film on our hands and it will be because of YOU, our backers and supporters.
Word of mouth is so important to our project.
