Jan.'s plan worked well for me. I stuck to it probably 90% of the time, so that was a step in the right direction for me to really staying organized. Nutritionally, Jan. was a tough month - lots of new things to cut out of our lives, but I can see eating more healthy is only a good thing, and the upside is we all are doing better. Most of our menu plans will have gluten-free options and while I sometimes have dairy, we have non-dairy eaters, and non-sweet potato eaters, so I will offer options. And yes, there are no more pizzas or creamy soups but I'm going to think of options for those of us who aren't dairy restricted. Yes, it makes more work for me, but sometimes I'm willing to do it to keep everyone happy. I also know there are some days when I am going to be gone or busy from 4-6pm, so its either crock pot meals or take-out. . . . It'll be a busy month. Here is Feb.'s plan.
